When do you invoice me?
Once you are ready to start, we'll send you an initial invoice.
The HubSpot On-Demand service is invoiced in blocks of 4 hours minimum.
Simply pre-purchase a minimum of 4 hours and then we are ready to start.
You can top up or purchase in bigger blocks at any time.

Is there a minimum number of hours each month?
No, there is no minimum. Just as the name implies, it is on-demand. Only need us for one hour this month... that is all that is consumed from your pre-purchased block of hours.

What are some typical estimates of hours required?
Every client is different of course, but as a rough guide to typical on-demand estimates, here's some examples:
- Implement a new landing page template and populate with content you provide (8-10 hours)
- Setup an email campaign, prepare the email with the content you provide, prepare a list of recipients, test and send (6-8 hours)
- Prepare an ad campaign for LinkedIn, setup the account, prepare the campaign and launch (6-8 hours)

Is this a long-term option?
You can use the On-Demand service for as long as you need.

How quickly can you get started?
It will depend on your requirements and our workload. If we are fully booked we will add you to our waitlist.

Prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Australian businesses will be charged an additional 10% GST.

20 hours pre-paid: $4,750
5% discount (1 hour free)
50 hours pre-paid: $11,250
10% discount (5 hours free)
