Each quarter we meet to discuss your marketing and sales results, to review and highlight:

  • campaigns that have been successful in driving traffic, leads and customers
  • engagement and awareness across channels
  • attributions of marketing activities to sales outcomes across channels
  • areas of opportunity to improve


As part of the QBR we also cover industry trends we are noticing, as well as strategies and tactics that are working for other clients, that we can initiate for your business.

The outcome of the QBR is to then coalesce the results, opportunities and trends into plans for the coming quarter, including:

  • new marketing strategies to consider and research
  • new campaigns to create and implement
  • new tactics to test and measure

As part of these plans, we work with you to set goals (ie specific measurable targets/KPIs) that will be reviewed in the next QBR.
