A key part of every project is taking the time upfront to assess and agree on what results, KPIs and action items need to be highlighted, and how often. Usually monthly overview reports are appropriate, with the option of weekly or even daily updates on specific items.Reporting Setup

As well as month-end reviews for management reports, the Reporting item includes provision of real-time dashboards and daily updates (where appropriated).

The focus of reporting should always be to make it actionable. Reports for the sake of reports is usually an area that can be optimised (and ideally removed).
